Horizontal Tab broken on MacOS

Description of the issue: I just updated the Brave browser to the following version and all the horizontal tab have been shrunk downin width to a few pixels and I can no longer scroll the horizontal tab. So the tab width is small and stretches beyond my window size and I cannot scroll to get the right most tabs or tab groups. I had to switch to vertical tabs to be able to use Brave

Brave 1.86.139 (Official Build) (x86_64)
Chromium: 144.0.7559.59

I tried tweaking a few tab related flags but none helped.
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Upgrade to the latest versoin.
