# Hi I cannot complete loading on iCloud again

This is because 3rd party cookies are being blocked in Shields, which Apple requires to authenticate into iCloud.  
Shields needn’t be disabled - instead, just set them to `Allow all cookies` for iCloud in the Shields panel:
