Google sign in not working (cookies issue)

Ok this is really doing my head in, I’ve read other discussions about this but there seems to be no clear resolution??? I have cleared cache, cookies and browser history. Everything as far as I’m aware was operating normally and fine and yet now I cannot login to my google accounts and keep getting the same error message:

“Cookies are disabled
Your browser has cookies disabled. Make sure that your cookies are enabled and try again. Learn more”

Also, when I normally logged in using google to a third party (e.g instagram, it would give me an option to choose an account based on the 3-4 I was logged into. Now that isn’t working and I’m really not able to operate anything at all, please help!

So I’m not sure what you’ve looked at but here are some places to look:

All settings below found within:
Privacy and security = brave://settings/privacy >
Site and shield settings = brave://settings/content >

So Delete &/or check things in these places:

View permissions and data stored across sites = brave://settings/content/all

Shield settings (subheading) > Shields Status =
brave://settings/content/braveShields

Content (subheading) > Block cookies (Third-party cookies) = brave://settings/cookies

Additional content settings (subheading) > On-device site data = brave://settings/content/siteData > Specifically under section:
Not allowed to save data on your device
