# Github verification

Hello, I added a github as a channel under my publisher account. On the publisher account, it shows that my channel is added and I also received an email that my channel will be verified in 48 hours. It has been more than 48 hours and still the site is not verified. I also followed the instructions on fixing the “not yet verified” bug at [Solutions for "not yet verified" bug](https://community.brave.app/t/solutions-for-not-yet-verified-bug/46384). Still see the same issue. Please let me know what else I need to to get my github channel verified. My Github channel is [github.com/murthydevarakonda](http://github.com/murthydevarakonda)

If you use Release channel, then it’s expected, @murthydevarakonda, since GitHub tipping is not yet available.

Will hit Release channel in a couple of weeks.
