Getting ERR_ADDRESS_INVALID for every site

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. try to access any site on the web

  2. I updated Brave yesterday to try to fix it

Expected result: ERR_ADDRESS_INVALID after trying to load / reload

Brave Version( check About Brave): 1.93.129
