Description of the issue: Ads are being served in a foreign language
How can this issue be reproduced? I don’t know. It just started
Expected result:
Brave Version( check About Brave): Version 1.12.114 Chromium: 84.0.4147.135 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Additional Information: I have only english set as my language in my OS (Fedora) and haven’t changed any locale settings.

is your region set to any country that speak german/dutch?
do you use vpn ? is that vpn server located in any country that speak german/dutch

Same thing started happening to me today. Ad notifications show in German (I don’t speak german, but that’s what it looks like). And the only thing I can do is click close, as clicking on the popup does nothing.
OS/Version: macOS Catalina: 10.15.6 (19G2021)
Brave Version: 1.13.82 Chromium: 85.0.4183.83 (Official Build) (64-bit)
No VPN used, my language is set to english, and country is USA.
