Brave not Recognizing German Umlauts (ä ü):
maybe These are the Steps to Reproduce
- Update Brave to newest Stable Version
- Change language from English(US) to german
- Try to view a document with German umlauts (example wikipedia)

Expected result:
ä ö ü are ä ö ü and not russian Symbols.
Reproduces how often:
Since Update permanently
Windows 11(newest Patch) and Brave newest Version ( v1.77.100)
Additional Information:
Brave is not Recognizing German Umlauts like ä ü. Brave Replaces it with russian symbols. The screenshot i attached is from the Wikipedia searchbar. tried everything, upgrading brave, clearing everything and resetting brave, disabling shields and removing all addons. In other Browsers this is not a Problem and every umlaut gets recognised like it should, but somehow in brave its not the case.
