Funds Stuck in Solana Subwallet — Cannot Send Transactions

Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue with my Brave Wallet on Solana and need help recovering stuck funds.

What happened:

  • I sent 0.001 SOL to a subwallet in Brave Wallet

  • The transaction confirmed successfully

  • However, the subwallet now shows an error: “cannot perform transactions” or similar restriction or says this wallet cannot pay transaction feesl

  • I’m unable to send the funds back or move them anywhere

Details:

  • Network: Solana

  • Amount: 0.001 SOL

  • Wallet Version: [could not find this]

  • Browser Version: [1.88.134]

  • Device: [desktop iMac 24 inch]

What I’ve tried:

  • [tried over and over going back to the start]

Question: Why is the subwallet restricted from sending transactions, and how can I recover these funds?

You must have SOL on your main Solana address to perform any type of transaction. https://support.brave.app/hc/en-us/articles/15086424245389-Understanding-Gas-and-Fees

.001 SOL is not very much and not enough to create a token account, which is usually around $0.20.
