Fullscreen extends across two monitors

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Hit the fullscreen button in a (youtube or embedded) video.

Expected result:

I then expect (like other browsers and other windows do) the application to expand to fill one of my two monitors and not both my monitors. The curent situation is that in “windowed mode” the vertical videos end up very small. So then I hit fullscreen and the video expands to 1080 vertical: A lot better. But now 304 pixels end up on my left screen and 304 on my right screen.
