I have my wallet verified in sphere by horizen, however when claiming the rewards faucet horizen does not take it into account therefore it does not give me the reward for keeping the tokens in the verified wallet.
Everything is well configured on the horizen faucet page, the verified wallet appears marked (ON), instant reward withdrawal (ON), the wallet address is in the box. The tokens have more than 48 hours in the wallet
What else needs to be done for faucet horizen to recognize the reward of keeping the tokens?
