> **How do I manually submit crash reports and/or logs for Brave Browser (iOS)?**
>
> You need to be familiar with the iOS Files.app - the Files folder that contains sub-folders such as:
>
> - Brave
> - Downloads
> - Firefox
> - Pages
>
> … depending upon what you have installed on your iOS device.
>
> ### How to collect: Brave Browser (iOS) crash / diagnostic / logs info:
>
> NOTE: You might not find the info. DO NOT worry about that.
>
> NOTE: You would be sending the info that you do find, to e-mail address: ‘user-support@brave.com’
>
> 1. **Open `Settings` on your device** (not Brave’s settings).
> 2. Go to **`Privacy & Security`**.
> 3. Go to **`Analytics & Improvements`**.
> 4. Select **`Analytics Data`**.
> 5. Pull down to reveal the search bar and type **`Client`**.
> 6. Find the latest logs that do not say `client.wakeups`.
> 7. Select the latest log that has a name like (for example): `Client-2023-05-08-101535`
> 8. Tap the **share button** (top right on iPhone) and choose **`Save to Files`**.
> 9. Choose a folder location within the **Files** folder and save the file.
> 10. Navigate to your saved file.
> 11. Rename the file by replacing its filename extension `.ips` with `.txt` (example: `Client-2023-05-08-101535.txt`). If prompted, confirm the extension change.
>
> IF you find files that begin with `Client.diskwrites_resource`, then select the latest file, and do steps 8 through 11.
>
> Good idea to ‘.zip’ -compress the file(s) that you will attach to the e-mail message.
>
> Copy and include the URL address of your Original Post, within your e-mail message.
>
> * * *
>
> After you send the e-mail message with info attached, then next, at your Brave Community Original Post page, create a follow-up post to Brave Support.
>
> **Example** follow-up post:
