Facebook conversations don't work, but messenger.com does

Description of the issue:

  • Messenger.com works, but conversations in Facebook don’t. Facebook keeps telling me that there isn’t any internet connection available when shields are on.
    I tried to disable every protection, one by one; it only works when the protection is turned off, even if I disable everything!
