Extensions showing up twice in task manager

**Description of the issue: some extensions are showing up twice in Brave’s task manager

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. open task manager
  2. see some extensions listed twice

**Expected result: extensions should only be listed once

**Brave Version( check About Brave): [Version 1.22.49 Chromium: 89.0.4389.72 (Official Build) beta (64-bit)]
