Hey I have recently started using brave over the past 3 days and it says I am getting paid for viewing this ad but when I checked my estimated earning I have made nothing at all, Just now I added a wallet to see if the estimated starts to change but I’m wondering is did I have to add the wallet before I earned BAT or is something going on and I’m just not earning anything cheers ---

Thank you for your reply for some reason after connecting a wallet to the browser I am now earning some tokens 🙂 thank you for your time! It didn’t register the few that popped up already or the pictures that say you’re earning bat while viewing this add but at least I’m earning now and hopefully will keep doing so https://gyazo.com/a816954c96df095d0290ed5a4d855e6b https://gyazo.com/5014dd1b26d66b8d9b491edd894f312a ---

you very welcome and the ads show up while you have connected wallet or not and for the sponsor image the one you see in the new tab here is some rule about it check this one > [@I watch Ads but no estimation BAT](https://community.brave.app/t/i-watch-ads-but-no-estimation-bat/213096/4): > > this is called sponosr image ads and here are the rule for it there a max 4 per hour even if you see more than that it will count only those 4 20 per day and even if you see it more than that it will not count it more now for the thing i guess it affect you that not cause you see this image it will count it depend on what the advertiser choose to whom (which country) they want to promote so if you are not from those country it will not count also to know which ads for your country check this … also check this for the reward system > [@On PC sponsored ads appears but not rewards. Rewarding Brave ads pops very rarely](https://community.brave.app/t/on-pc-sponsored-ads-appears-but-not-rewards-rewarding-brave-ads-pops-very-rarely/217687/8): > > @Gannet, The Rewards system is working but it’s not without bugs. These bugs are constantly being addressed and fixed. Further, you may find it useful to read through our existing documentation to learn more about how the ads system works – for example: point_up As stated, you are not guaranteed to see any number of ads (that is, ad notifications) at any time for a variety of reasons. Further, given the variance, this will change from day, to week to month depending on many factors, most of… hope that help and have a nice day 🙂 ---
