Error when logging in to Uphold through Brave

Briefly describe your issue: When I try to login to Uphold through Brave, the following error message keeps appearing.

“Something went wrong
We weren’t able to complete your request. Please try again, and contact support if the problem persists.”

I am able to login directly on the Uphold website

What Operating System and Brave version are you using? Mac OS Sequioa 15.5, Brave Version 1.78.102 Chromium: 136.0.7103.113 (Official Build) (arm64)

Who is your verified custodian? Uphold

Are you in a supported region? United Kingdom, Yes.

@lzrc try to reset your Rewards. I’m guessing you’re experiencing a small bug that people have sometimes. Generally just resetting per the instructions in the link resolves it.

Hello, thanks for your report. We are actively looking into this issue. Current indication is that there is an issue when when we try to contact Uphold’s API. It is unlikely that resetting Rewards will resolve the problem.

Any update on this issue? I just started having this issue when I try to connect to my Uphold account.
