# Error: Brave Rewards profile is flagged (Uphold)

**Briefly describe your issue:**  
I don’t use VPN. My monthly ads are ridiculously less than most members here. I’ve gone through hassles to have my Uphold wallet verified. Yet, my Brave Rewards profile still got flagged.

**What Operating System and Brave version are you using (`Menu --> About Brave`)?**  
Windows 7.  
1.37.113 64 bit.

**Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)**  
Yes.

**What date did you verify your wallet?**  
Jul 26, 2020

**Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?**  
Yes, in February 2022.

**Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)**  
NO.

**Are you in a supported region ([see here](https://brave.com/transparency) for list of supported regions)?**  
Yes.

**Does your device pass the [SafteyNet](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.freeandroidtools.safetynettest&hl=en_US&gl=US) check (Android only)?**  
I don’t use Brave in my Android device.

**Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??**  
NO.

Having the same problem here.

I NEED SUPPORT.

Admins told me I am going to receive my privious 3 month payment.But now my 3 year old account is showing it’s under review.

Solve this problem plz…
