My BAT earned tokens haven’t been paid for months

\*\*What Operating System and Brave version are you using (`Menu --> About Brave`)?  
Windows 10 Pro  
Version 1.45.123 Chromium: 107.0.5304.110 (Official Build) (64-bit)

**Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)**  
No

## **What date did you verify your wallet?**

**Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?**  
Yes, one or two months  
**Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)**  
No  
**Are you eligible for Brave Rewards ([see here](https://brave.com/transparency) for list of supported regions)?**  
Yes  
**Are you on the list of supported regions when verifying Brave Rewards with a custodial partner ([see here](https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/articles/6539887971469) for list of supported regions)?**  
No, but I’m not verified  
**Does your device pass the [SafteyNet](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.freeandroidtools.safetynettest&hl=en_US&gl=US) check (Android only)?**  
I’m on PC  
**Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to a custodial partner?**  
Yes
