I actually had another user report this. Not entirely sure what the reason is but feel free to delete that DDG entry – the one that reads duckduckgo.com will work just fine.
@sriram 1.0.91 from Play Store. Redmi Note 5.
I’m not sure about how to delete the entry. 
Only can choose the search engine.
