# Downloaded Installer, Installed, only get blank screen when Brave opens

**Description of the issue:**  
I downloaded the installer, installed it and when Brave opens I only get a blank white screen with nothing on it.  
**Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.**
