Is there a way to validate blogspot.com and wordpress.com as a youtube channel?

Is that different to verifying by adding a DNS record?

Brave provide some methods for publisher to do verification.

  • WordPress plug-in is suggested if Brave detect the site using WordPress. And since itā€™s a WordPress plugin, then it should work too if you have wordpress.com with ā€œplan upgradeā€.

  • Adding TXT DNS Record is another way to do verification if site not using WordPress.

  • Another method is by uploading the secure file provided by Brave that contain the verification code to .well-known folder.

And for YouTube and Twitch, the owner just need to confirm the email that used while adding the channel. :slightly_smiling_face:
