I’m also having this issue. I don’t believe I’ve noticed it on my laptop that I primarily use Brave on, but on the desktop I use secondarily it is a terrible problem. I already have hardware acceleration off for other reasons, and switching to OpenGL or D3D9 similarly killed my CPU usage without any change to the issue. We have a RTX 2060 installed using the newest drivers on Windows 10 Pro.
