Description of the issue: When I manually delete browser history the Delete button is partially covered from Android buttons.The issue is present since last two updates if I’m not wrong.
Expected result: Delete button not covered, fully visible and clickable
Brave Version( check About Brave): 1.96.60
Mobile Device details: Pixel 10 with Android 17, Lenovo Legion Tab with Android 15 (both landscape and portrait mode)

Several visual/UI bugs observed in the current Beta and Nightly… builds of Brave
- Button on Clear Data page
- Save Changes button under custom filters
- The toolbar is also transparent
### Steps to reproduce
1. Open the Clear Data page to view the button nested behind the toolbar
2. Observe the transparent toolbar within settings
3. Save changes button overlaps text on the custom filters page
