# December rewards not received on Gemini Wallet and stoped receiving ads

**Briefly describe your issue:** I’ve stop receiving ads since january first week, and my rewards of december still not credited on my gemini wallet.

**What Operating System and Brave version are you using (`Menu --> About Brave`)?** Windows 10 - [  
Versão 1.34.80 Chromium: 97.0.4692.71 (Versão oficial) 64 bits

**Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)** Yes

**What date did you verify your wallet?** 30/11/2021

**Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?** Yes

**Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)** Yes

**Are you in a supported region ([see here](https://brave.com/transparency) for list of supported regions)?** Yes

**Does your device pass the [SafteyNet](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.freeandroidtools.safetynettest&hl=en_US&gl=US) check (Android only)?**

**Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??** Yes
