@Matthewlet Thanks for reaching out. In order to get Ads Rewards needs to enabled in brave://rewards page. Could you please check and confirm whether it’s enabled or not?

@Matthewlet Thanks for the information. Can you pease check whether catalog is downloaded or not in your region?
Steps:

  1. Enter this URL in url bar https://ads-serve.brave.com/v1/catalog
  2. Press Enter

If catalog is getting downloaded and ads are not triggered, issue must be with OS notification settings. Please make sure Focus Assit is set to Off in Windows OS.
