I’ve been having issues with Brave crashing on a Windows laptop, running version 1.81.136. It doesn’t seem to track the number of crashes accurately (it happens within seconds of my booting up the program, and it’s been doing this for months across several updates), but here is the most recent crash report.

It does open, and it will open pages if I type them in. But it suddenly displays your “oh, snap” page, then it closes. The timing of it is different every time.
Can you try launching the browser and then opening a guest profile (Menu --> More tools --> Guest profile) then close your original profile window and see if the Guest profile crashes the same way your main profile does?
Yes, it did crash. It brought up my Cold Turkey Blocker when it did. I tried uninstalling, opening Brave, then re-installing that app when the problems first began, but it didn’t fix the crashes. The strange this is that Brave and Cold Turkey have played well together for years prior to this.
