Container tabs wont be saved in a tab group

Description of the issue: Container tabs wont be saved in a tab group
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Create a tab group
  2. Add a Container Tab to the tab group
  3. Close Brave
  4. Reopen Brave
  5. Load Tab Group from Bookmarks bar

Expected result: Saved tab groups should respect tabs and container tabs equally. Saved container tabs inside a tab group should restore when opened again, not the content of the container tab.

Brave Version( check About Brave): 1.93.137

Additional Information:

The setting ‘On Startup’ must be set to ‘Open the new Tab page’.
