Comment login on commercialappeal.com

Our local newspaper website at https://www.commercialappeal.com/ allows subscribers to login and read and comment on news articles. Brave allows me to login to read the articles, but will not allow me to login to the comment portion.

Chrome browser works correctly, but Brave does not.

I don’t use Chrome any more because it opens 15-20-25 instances of chrome.exe that never close, and it bogs the system down to a crawl.

Same problem with USAToday and others.

Suggestions?

Can you be more specific? What exactly happens when you attempt to comment on an article?
I don’t have a Facebook at this time, but when I go t comment on commercialappeal.com/, the comment function seems to be working as intended:

Just to be on the safe side, ensure you have facebook enabled in the settings, socialblocking

chrome://settings/socialBlocking
