Closing browser clears all open tabs

Description of the issue:

closing brave on ipad via the “traffic light” will clear all tabs

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. open brave

  2. open tabs

  3. close brave via the “traffic light”

  4. re-open ➜ no tabs open, old new-tab background

Expected result:

keep tabs if its on in the settings after closing brave, just as closing it via app switcher does
