Hi and welcome. I am a newbie community member myself and really can’t help at this point. I just want to make sure I understand… are you saying you have an unverified wallet, received a claim button and claimed the rewards, but the rewards aren’t showing up in your rewards wallet balance?
Also, submitting the support template would probably give you a better chance at getting support help. Instructions and the template are in the right side pane of the editor when you create a new topic and is also posted in Community Resources here:
