Chrome-like tab identification

I’d really like to see on Brave the Chrome feature of the tab identification bar that appears if you stay with the mouse pointed there for little time and changes if you start pointing to another tab, without the need to wait again. This isn’t a major thing, it’s just something I’d like to see on Brave that I liked from Chrome and that I really think it’d improve the aesthetics of the browser.
