Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to https://publishers.basicattentiontoken.org/publishers/home?locale=en#
  2. Connect a youtube brand account to BAT Publishers
  3. Rename the youtube brand account, note that the rename is not reflected in BAT Publishers
  4. Attempt to reconnect the brand account to BAT Publishers, note that the rename is still not reflected in BAT Publishes
