Casting widget gone

Recently, Brave developers removed a different (search) widget, and “just maybe” they incidentally also removed the widget of interest to you.

We have decided to remove `Search widget` as we have worked on Brave search widg…et which provides more details than what we inherit from chromium. It's a follow up issue to : https://github.com/brave/brave-core/pull/27724 work. We would be left with 2 widgets after the change. 1. Quick action search widgets 2.
