**Caret width system seetings is ignored:**  
**How can this issue be reproduced?**

1. Set caret width more than 1px in system accessibility settings  
Brave ignores the setting and render thin blinking caret

**Expected result:**  
Brave render wide caret in omnibar and text inputs
