Can't copy to clipboard

Description of the issue:

When opening an html page that I have stored on my Android device I cannot use a button on the page “Copy" (to clipboard) to copy a body of text.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Save a webpage to your device that has a copy button to copy text someone on the page.

  2. Open the page stored on the decice in brave browser.

  3. Find the copy button that is on the page.

  4. Click the “copy" button to copy text to the clipboard.

  5. See an error about writing to the clipboard.

Expected result:

The text is copied to the clipboard successfully.

Additional Information:

Site settings clipboard is set to Ask (recommended). When moving the slider the only other option is block.
