Can't connect brave rewards and sync

I uninstall brave on my phone and then reinstalled, then I notice everytime my phone is added as new device but I am using same wifi and same phone. And my brave rewards account is not connecting, saying something went wrong. Then I read a post there said one profile has max 4 device limit, but why is my phone added as new device everytime?

If you reinstall it would be considered a new connection. If you hit the 4 device limit, you must use a new Solana address at this time. Thanks!
