@Nope321 have you linked other Rewards profiles to the current Solana wallet? If so, that might be your issue Solana is limited to 4 connections per Solana address. So anyone needing more than 4 has to create additional Solana accounts.
Beyond that, another issue some face is that you need at least $1 in SOL in your Wallet in order for it to make the connection. This is needed to fund the Associated Token Account
