Can't claim my Brave Rewards

Hi,

I’m collecting BAT tokens and receiving ads but when it comes to the date to claim them (6th of the month) the option doesn’t appear and my BAT balance stays at 0. It then resets my collection for the month and starts collecting from 0 again. This has happened for several months now and is only an issue on my desktop, mobile working fine.

How can I fix this?

**Brave Version( check About Brave): 1.9.76
