Cannot scroll full side menu in Google Workspace Docs

Description of the issue:
Cannot scroll to the bottom of the left sidebar menu in Brave. Works in Chrome.

How can this issue be reproduced?

I have a 13" Ubuntu laptop. This may not be visible on a larger screen.

  1. Open https://developers.google.com/apps-script/reference/script/script-app in Brave
  2. Attempt to scroll to the bottom to Utility services. It’s not possible.

  3. Repeat the same on Chrome. No issues.
  4. The issue on Brave can be fixed by zooming out to 70%

Expected result:
Sidebar visibility should be the same on both sides. A vertical scrollbar is visible in Chrome (second screenshot), but not in Brave (first screenshot).

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Brave 1.80.122 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Chromium: 138.0.7204.157
