Issue: cannot confirm account, cannot access subscribed service
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):
i subscribed to Brave annual plan on May 3, 2026. my credit card was charged. the payment went through smoothly.
however, i cannot confirm my email. i received the confirmation link but when j clicked it, it always redirected me to the same “we had sent you confirmation link” page. j have repeated this process many time. got the same result.
i tried Restore, Restore credentials but it always resulted in Error

cannot confirm email
cannot access to service, though paid for subscription
Brave vpn doesnt appear on my available vpn list
Expected result:
can confirm email
can access to serviae
Brave vpn appears on my available vpn list
Reproduces how often: two days
