Cannot bridge between account 1 and solna acc 1

I need to connect my wallet with brave reward and I have 0.2066 usdt in my account 1 (polygon). Maybe I need to bridge or transfer this into solna account 1 if I’m not wrong, now what i need to do? Please help.

You can fund your wallet and resolve the Insufficient balance error a few different ways. You’ll need around $1 worth of SOL for the transaction to succeed.

Just tell me one thing. from account 1 to solna account 1 this exact (provided png) bridging is possible? If yes then how much fee it will cost? will it serve my final prepose?
