When I open start a new sync chain on my Windows 10 pro laptop to sync with my iPhone XS or my iPad Pro it says to scan QR code. There is no option in the settings on the phone or iPad to scan bar code.
If I initiate the sync on my phone or iPad and get a sync code and enter it on my laptop when I click Confirm Sync Code nothing happens.
