Can not screenshot to clipboard

I can not cut/paste from anything displayed in the Brave browser

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Use Pop_OS cosmic-screenshot tool region selection to copy to clipboard from a website that you are viewing with Brave

  2. Try paste the region that you just cut to the clipboard

  3. Verify nothing is on the clipboard

Expected result:

It pastes to the other application

Brave Version( check About Brave): Brave 1.89.137 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information:

Using Pop!_OS 24.04 LTS x86_64 + cosmic-session 1.0.0~1776102563~24.04~9a55864
