Can not log into Google account

Description of the issue:
I had trouble clicking on stuff in Google Services sites like Gmail and Google Drive, so I logged off. Ever since then, whenever I open the accounts.google.com page to re-log in to my account, although I can see my two Google accounts listed, but I can’t click on them. It’s as if they’re not links but mere text. Nothing happens when I click on them.

Operating System: Windows 10 Pro, Version 1803

Hi,
if you want to take the risk; I would use the data delete function to see if it fixes the problem.

chrome://settings/clearBrowserData

Click on “Advanced” and select “Total time” for the period. Then just click on the “Delete data” button.
