Bug when closing incognito window

Description of the issue:
When you open a new incognito window meanwhile there is a normal window with normal tabs opened.
And you work in the incognito window a little, when you close it (the incognito window) everything closes incluiding normal windows with normal tabs.
And when you reopen brave it says that a error happen or brave didn´t close well and it gives you the option to restore the closed tabs.
But is a little anoying because I only wanted close the incognito window, no the whole browser.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

  1. Open brave as usual.
  2. Open a couple tabs in brave as usual.
  3. Open incognito mode.
  4. Open a couple of tabs in incognito mode.
  5. Close incognito mode and watch how it dies with everything in his path (dies with the normal brave and his tabs xD )
