# Browser response is slow and laggy. Websites load perfectly fine, but when you’re trying to retype anything in the search bar or click on any link, article etc, the response is slow and laggy

For comparison …

Using Brave Browser v1.88 (137); iOS v18.7.7 - iPhone 14; Private Browsing Only mode; Global Shields UP; not blocking JavaScript; Blocking Fingerprinting; Auto-Redirect AMP Pages _Enabled_; Brave is **not** default browser; Auto-Redirect Tracking URLs _Enabled_

Using Guest Wi-Fi and a VPN.

**I almost always us the Brave Search field ← NOT the URL address field.**

No problems.
