# Browser Handoff from Macbook to Iphone opens in safari

I have Brave as default both in Mac and Iphone but when I try to open the tab I have in Mac to my Iphone it opens in Safari instead screenshot attached.

I would expect a task handoff to go to Safari, if:

- that is an Apple standard procedure
- Brave Browser (iOS) is lacking approval for some official reason (for the task)
- Brave Browser (iOS) is lacking approval because of some settings
