Brigthness down when fullscreen

The brightness goes down anytime a full screen video is played, tried on multiple website as youtube, vimeo, etc.

tried to unistall and reinstall, but problem still appear

(its not a battery management issue, already checked both battery and windows settings)

Version 1.10.97 Chromium: 83.0.4103.116 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Can you try creating a new temporary test profile and seeing if the issue persists?
Click on the menu icon in the top right corner > create a new profile.

When the brightness goes down is that the system brightness, and can you adjust it back? Or is it the video brightness itself and you can’t alter it?

tried a new profile, but same problem.
brightness can be turned up again using normal windows buttons.
i checked if adaptive brightness o battery settings was turned on but they weren’t.
Btw i solved it re-initializing windows power management profiles, now it works.
