Brave web starts lagging after high usage

Description of the issue: After using the site for a while, the tab usage goes to around 1GB. Then it stars lagging. I have to close the tab and open a new one to solve the issue. I have 32GB ram.
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. visit discord web
  2. use it for a while

Expected result: It should not lag.

Brave Version( check About Brave): v1.80.125
