A couple of months without reciving BATs cuz my wallet is flagged, I had forgot that was like that and today I remember and still is the same, I did change the Wallet from Uphold to Gemini cuz Uphold s\*cks but other than that I didnt do anything else **version** Versão 1.37.111 Chromium: 100.0.4896.79 (Versão oficial) 64 bits ]([https://brave.com/latest/](https://brave.com/latest/)) **Is your browser wallet currently verified?** No, edit: apperently is still for Uphold , but its not showing **What date did you verify your wallet?** Last year **Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?** Yes **Are you using a VPN?** No **Are you in a supported region ([see here](https://brave.com/transparency) for list of supported regions)?** Yes (20) **Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??** Yes ---

Hi, I am in exactly the same position. My Brave rewards has also been frozen for months. Only just told me today that it was flagged!? …didnt say why. Anyone know what what we can do? ---

Mine is flagged as well. My Uphold wallet is verified and I never use VPN. Dear admins, at least tell me the reason before flagging my wallet. ---

That sucks, Im in the same boat too, theres no logic, probably the algorithmic is broken, idk ---

Seems like this issue affects several Brave users. **What Operating System and Brave version are you using ( `Menu --> About Brave` )?** Windows 7. Version 1.37.111 Chromium: 100.0.4896.79 (Official Build) (64-bit) **Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)** Yes **What date did you verify your wallet?** Jul 26, 2020 **Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?** Yes. Last payment was Feb 2022. **Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)** No **Are you in a supported region ([see here](https://brave.com/transparency) for list of supported regions)?** Yes **Does your device pass the [SafteyNet] check (Android only)?** Not using Android device. **Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??** No ---

You should DM the moderators with your `wallet payment id` found at `brave://rewards-internals`. Do not post your wallet id! Be sure to indicate your account is flagged and for how long. Mattches and Steeven are the moderators who handle most of the rewards issues. To send a direct message (DM) to a moderator: 1. Click on their icon on the [About](https://community.brave.app/about) page then select the Message button in the top right corner or 2. You can go to your profile and create a new message in Messages. ---
