Brave VPN Unable to Connect – “The Credentials Cannot Be Uploaded” Error

Try . . .

In a Brave Browser New Window, go to the Advanced tab at brave://settings/clearBrowserData ← There, Enable the following:

  • Browsing History
  • Cookies and other site data
  • Cached images and files

Click the Delete data button.

Windows OS users - do Windows + R > services.msc and press Enter. Then look for ‘Credential Manager’ and make sure it’s active and running. Set that service to start automatically.

Exit / Quit everything and Restart the computer.
